How to Make a Table in Good Notes?

Good Notes is a powerful digital note-taking app that allows you to organize your thoughts, ideas, and information. While it doesn’t have a built-in table feature like some other apps, you can still create tables with a little creativity.

1. Create a Custom Template

• First, design your table layout on blank paper using straight lines to represent rows and columns.
• Save this layout as a PDF file (you can use any app or tool to create the layout).
• Upload the PDF into Good Notes as a custom template. You can do this by going to Settings > Notebook Templates and adding your table template there.

2. Use the Custom Template:

• Open your lecture file in GoodNotes.
• Insert the custom table template onto the specific page where you want the table.
• Adjust the size and position of the template to fit your needs.

3. Manually Draw the Table:

• If you prefer not to use a template, you can manually draw a basic table:
• Go to Insert and select the Table button.
• Choose Draw Table from the menu below the grid.
• Your cursor will turn into a pencil. Drag it across the document to draw a box representing your table.
• You can modify the dimensions later.

Once your table is set up, you can start adding data:

   • Tap on a cell and start typing.
   • Use the keyboard to enter your data.
2. Inserting Images and Other Media
   • Tap on the “Add” button within a cell.
   • Choose “Image” or another type of media to insert.
